Artisanal coffee, roasted on demand in Geneva, Switzerland

We strive to give you the best possible product, paying close attention to quality and freshness. This starts at the source with organic and fair-traded beans. It’s important to us to contribute to a more equitable and just coffee culture.

Our coffees are roasted on demand, to order, in nano-batches of 1kg, in order to enhance their aromas. We’re constantly adjusting to our environment to get the best out of the beans. We do this to ensure that you’re consuming a coffee within 90 days of the roasting date, so you can enjoy all the aromatics of your coffee.

All our coffees are roasted on-site by Gilberto, in our roastery in Charmilles, in the Canton of Geneva 🇨🇭.

We fully control our production chain to offer you quality roasted products, with an authentic and unique taste.

specialty coffee scoring

What exactly is Specialty coffee?

Each coffee requires about 100-140 coffee beans to make, so we take our coffee seriously. We carefully select beans from trustworthy sources that trade directly with the farmer and strive for excellence. We honour the work it takes to get those beans to our cup by picking coffee beans that have a Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) score of 80 and above.
